Nice apartment Positive: Clean, warm and economical apartment 5 mins from Cardiff station with everything we needed for our stay. Good communication from the host and hassle free deposit repayment. All good, thanks.

Great location but not the cleanest. Positive: Location was great and landlord easy to deal with. Negative: The kitchen was dirty. I pulled out a plate to use from the cupboard and found it covered in grease. The cupboard with pots and pans was vert dirty. Very little worktop space. The drain at back of house was blocked and the outlet pipe emptied directly on the back yard.

Great location but basic apartment Positive: We'd been let down last minute with another booking, therefore had Limited choices for our groups annual get together. This apartment was available, location is excellent, it was clean and communication with the iw.er was excellent. Plenty if toilet roll and hand wash was really good to have. Negative: It should be made clearer that you'll be required to send a deposit directly to the owner. Also note this is an area you'll need parking permit if you have a car and is extra cost directly to the owner. Not that I didn’t like, more as suggestiong to improve the apartment. Wine glasses, two pillows per guest, blind in kitchen, more simple TV, some pictures on the wall as apartment is quite basic.

Amazing Location Positive: The location was amazing and the apartment was really comfortable. The host was great with a last minute booking after us being scammed on a different website! Security deposit refunded within hours of check out. Will definitely use it again when going down for a rugby match. Negative: Could do with a bit of updating.

Positive: The owner is very kind and friendly, location is very convenient for walking around.
