2 Bedroom Apartment City Centre

Apartment very dirty could not use shower as it was filthy. toilet seat unsafe and dangerous. Positive: Warm inside that is all. Negative: I am looking for a refund. The apartment cost £249 for one night. The apartment was very dirty. I have pictures and will be sending them on. It was disgusting. Do Booking.com actually look at the property they are ADVERTISING? I will be asking for a FULL refund! The toilet seat was broken and my friend went flying when she sat down! There are 3 apartments together. I believe one must be acceptable as that is where the good reviews come from. Go very careful where they are putting you. I would completely disregard these apartments because you dont know what you are getting. Spoilt our stay and no one wants to be held responsible.!!

A wonderful experience, I would definitely stay here again! Positive: The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything worked perfectly during my stay. Negative: There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Unacceptable cleanliness and poor management of the whole booking process and customer service Positive: On arrival we could not get access to the property for over a hour while try to contact the owner first question he ask was he needs £100 deposit before entering via his own personal bank account not a secured account or business account or anything associated with booking.com and also photos of ourselves via WhatsApp after a hour the owner got the shop keeper next door to come out while one phone to owner. It still took another 20 minutes to get in. We went out for food a hour after getting in the apartment . Negative: Broken tv and customer service is unacceptable dirty property

shocked at condition of property and way over priced Negative: the photos does not tell the whole story of this apartment. microwave & cooker filthy . kitchen utensils bare minimum. bathroom toilet seat broken, general bathroom suite in poor condition & general deco poor. consent noise in bedroom from saniflow.
