Entire 2 bed Flat City Centre

Positive: The location was perfect to watch the rugby. Negative: It did smell a bit in the bathroom, but didn't impact our stay as we just slept there and didn't hang about during the day or evening.

Great location clean and tidy Positive: Location

Good location, but property needs a lot of basic maintenance Positive: Location very close to the Principality Stadium and a short walk to town Negative: A lot of the reviews say that the property isn't clean. It's not that it's unclean- it's more that the property clearly hasn't been maintained, so it has a lot of wear and tear to the flooring and paint. Also I'm pretty sure there are a lot of building code violations, such as having the door located at the bottom of the stairs with no landing or handrail.

Disappointed and not worth the spend Positive: Location Negative: Everything one would need is there. Just lowest quality. And definitely needs a serious and complete makeover.
